“Just amazing! The entire setup, punctuality, and professionalism of both the driver and the guide were excellent. They put in a lot of effort to ensure everyone had the best possible experience. The tour began at Þingvellir National Park, where the North American Plate meets the Eurasian Plate. We then visited the Geyser, where the eruptions were incredible to watch, and enjoyed a lovely traditional Icelandic lamb soup. After that, we went on to see Gullfoss Waterfall on the Hvítá River — simply stunning. The highlight of the trip was the snowmobiling on the glaciers — a truly fantastic, once-in-a-lifetime experience with a great group of people who made it…”

“The less positive review is due to two factors: the employees approach their work with little enthusiasm (it's clear that what matters is the money) and they don't prioritize safety. The bus went off the road and almost overturned, frightening all the passengers. The driver had to get out to ask another bus for help to tow us with ropes. He didn't say a word to the passengers to calm them down, even when they were all at a 45º angle, which is regrettable. Another factor is the cleanliness; I'm sure this bus hasn't been cleaned inside for a year, just look at the photos I've posted.”

“We paid over $350/person to go in snowmobile trip with a quick stop at hidden hot spring on way back. We drove for an hour and then driver advised the snowmobile was cancelled due to weather. The 11 people from other group on this tour wanted to continue with hot spring so my husband and I agreed thinking we would get significant refund. Mountaineers excursion company only offered 50% refund. The cost of a normal trip to hot springs is less than $75. The driver was also pretty rude making bad comments about other your companies and used profane language. I suggest people use Arctic Adventures instead as they are…”

A big thanks to Peter who works there he was incredible from start to finish on the tour. Unfortunately the bus had broken down on the way home but he handed everything so well and professional. “Overall a great experience. Lots to see and the tour guide was great. It is a long day with significant time on the coach is worth being aware of. When at stops you probably needed and extra 15 mins at each, however this may have been due to the challenging weather conditions. The employees were all fantastic and helpful. You would save time by taking food and drinks with you on your journey which would give your more time at each location. The weather did impact journey time and visability on the glacier but that can not be planned for more than it was.”

“The trip overall was well run with nice people. Felt a bit cheated/underwhelmed at ice "cave", read man made tunnel. Very short and dark, was the 1st day open and had been subject to a collapse. I must remember that we were actually inside a glacier and that should be amazing enough but it wasn't pretty and my snowmobile broke down, but no great shakes as shared with Mrs C. The scenery on the ride up was amazing.”
