At Zipline Iceland near Vík, you’ll gear up with guides such as Alex, Alexandra, Barbara, or Sammi, then hike between four zip lines above a stream. Expect glacier views, a short steep trail, a leap-of-faith challenge, and possibly a bonus finale.

Meet Zipline Akureyri near the center of town for five ziplines across Glerárgil, or Glass River Canyon. Guides such as Stefan, Jana, Helgi, and Stephanie have helped nervous beginners feel at ease while adding local stories and simple zipline tricks. Allow 1 to 2 hours, plus a short walk between lines.

Join English or Icelandic-speaking guides such as Alex, Barbara, Sami, or Katla for a two-hour route near Vík. You will hike about 3 km through Grafargil, cross a river on the secured Leap of Faith, and zip over canyons, streams, and waterfalls on three named lines, sometimes with extra challenges.

Follow professional guides through Glerárgil River Canyon in Akureyri, crossing five ziplines and forest paths along the river. Expect about 1 hour 45 minutes in a small group of up to 12, with safety instruction, local stories, and views few people see.

Meet beside Reykjadalur Café, ride a van to the Black Canyon, then hike 500 meters to Iceland’s longest and fastest zip lines. You’ll fly seated for over 1 kilometer at up to 90 to 100 km/h, with parallel lines for pairs. English guidance, equipment, and return transport are included.
You’ll hike about 500 metres through Black Canyon, then fly headfirst on Mega Zipline Iceland’s 1-kilometer Superman ride. English-speaking staff, safety equipment, and transport to the launch area are included. Victoria is praised for her friendly, professional help. Expect a fast, weather-dependent thrill.

Travel from Reykjavík to Kambar plateau, gear up with an English-speaking instructor, then ride Iceland’s 1-kilometer Mega Zipline above Svartagljúfur gorge toward Reykjadalur valley. Small groups, parallel lines, return transport, and Wi-Fi make this a tidy three-hour adventure, but weight and age limits apply.
